1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the GhostGym application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GhostGym is a fitness tracking application that allows users to:

  • Scan and digitize workout data from cardio machines using OCR technology
  • Track workout history and progress
  • Sync health data with Apple Health and Google Health Connect
  • Share workout achievements with friends

3. User Accounts

The App uses device-based identification. Your account is automatically created when you first use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

4.1 Free Tier: Users receive a limited number of free OCR scans.

4.2 Premium Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly subscription options provide additional scans and features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4.3 One-Time Purchases: Scan packs can be purchased as one-time in-app purchases. These never expire.

4.4 Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Upload malicious content or spam
  • Abuse the invite/referral system
  • Share your account credentials with others

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Konsole Game and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Health Data Disclaimer

GhostGym is not a medical device. The workout data and statistics provided are for informational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konsole Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
